MANAGER OF DIGITAL MEDIA
The Manager of Digital Media leads, maintains, and refines Sterling Martin Associates’ (SMA) online presence, including the firm’s website, and LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter profiles. The Manager of Digital Media should be invested in sharing information about SMA’s activities and services, boosting SMA’s reputation, and building relationships within the executive search, professional/trade association, and nonprofit industries.
This position is a hybrid remote role, with a strong preference of being located in the Annapolis/DC area. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule, with estimated hours in the 30 per week range with some flexibility to do less or even become full-time. Work should be typically completed within normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM ET).
A competitive hourly salary, bonus opportunity, and eligibility for certain benefits will be offered. The position is currently slated to pay in the range of $30-$35 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage digital media platforms, currently SMA’s and the SMA CEO’s personal LinkedIn/Facebook, as well as SMA’s Facebook, Twitter, and Google Business Profile.
Manage website, including plugin updates, and site optimization; site is hosted on WordPress/WP Engine.
Contribute to SMA’s external communications activities, including:
