Engineering Manager, Manufacturing EngineeringWork Mode : OnsiteLocation : Onsite at Kohler, WIOpportunityLeadthe KPS Mosel Manufacturing Engineering group to develop and continuouslyimprove processes that safely produce quality products while reducingcost.

Execute the Operations capitalplan and projects. Facilitate the transfer of best practices to KPS operations.Create and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.

Provide ManufacturingEngineering associateswith opportunities for professional development.Specific ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and guidance to perform the following responsibilitiesof the Manufacturing Engineering group.

Responsible for Line Balancing and cycle time optimization. Including training and implementation of new products on existing production lines.

Utilize lean practices to drive process improvements.Manages product queries and production line manufactrur-ability day to day issues.

Assure capital expenditures are included in the capital plan. Share and support the implementation of best practices at KPS operations globally.

Manage capital projects that are beyond the resource capacity of the Manufacturing cells.Support the creation and execution of individual development plans for manufacturing engineering associates.

Provide challenging opportunities for growth. Maintain an atmosphere that encourages engagement and retention.Skills / RequirementsBS Degree in Engineering froman ABET accredited university.

A minimum of ten years ofexperience in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Management or ContinuousImprovement.Must have considerablemanufacturing process experience with emphasis on lean manufacturingtechniques, product costing and cost reductions.
