Sterling Card Solution Hiring for Offset Press Operator at Nolensville, TN Full Time

Card Market specializes in printing and fulfilling gift, loyalty, and other types of plastic cards. We are looking to expand our press production department by adding a press operator to our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Read & interpret job orders.
• Directly responsible for setup and operating a KBA OC200 6 Color Waterless Press
• Work closely with press crews to print jobs on time.
• Troubleshoot press issues.
• Maintain press as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Leadership skills preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be detail and quality oriented.
• Must be able to work OT as needed, especially in the fourth quarter of the year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
