Position Purpose:

As Resourcing Specialist you’ll be responsible for providing direct Talent Acquisition support and services to the business across the UK & Ireland. The focus is on sourcing quality candidates, contributing to reducing staff turnover, delivering against the quality of hire, time to fill and reducing recruitment costs through direct sourcing of suitably qualified candidates.

Key Job Activities:

You’ll provide knowledge & support to managers and supervisors with respect to the full internal Talent Acquisition process of all team members across multiple functions. This will include working directly with business managers and in partnership with the HR team, and includes:

• Partnering directly with key stakeholders to understand needs.
• Internal and external job postings
• Candidate sourcing
• Pre-screen CVs
• Pre-screen interviews (e.g., telephone)
• Analysing data and providing feedback
• Providing input into the selection of the final candidate

Other Responsibilities

• Monitor and review staff vacancies and recruitment activity by branch, region, and department.
• Work with the wider HR team and managers to define roles and responsibilities for positions and confirm candidate qualifications and competencies.
• Support the delivery of recruitment training to managers, including navigation of job boards, assessments, CV screening, and behavioural interview training.
• Provide input to and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment activities. Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on recruitment activities and programs.
• Assist with Human Resources projects, as required.

Experience (EMEAA):

• Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment/resourcing role.
• Prior experience in managerial/technical/financial recruitment sourcing is highly advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise & meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work independently, including on specific research projects.
• Expertise in using an Applicant Tracking System and the production of management information.
• Experienced in working in a highly confidential environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Integrated HRIS.
