Stericycle Hiring for Recruitment Administrator Job at Leeds, England Full Time

Position Purpose:

To provide a high level of professional administrative support to the UK & EMEAA Talent Team. Dealing with confidential and sensitive data, maintaining the SuccessFactors system in support of all aspects of Recruiting & Onboarding new team members. Offer support on Talent related projects across the EMEAA region as needed.

Key Job Activities:

• System Administration – Opening and allocating requisitions in a timely manner, maintenance of job postings. In system candidate management.
• Updating and maintaining of recruitment spreadsheets. Report running and delivering results to Talent team on regular basis.
• Post advertisements to relevant job boards and ensure hiring managers are set up correctly to receive applications.
• Schedule interviews where required and collect feedback from hiring managers and candidates.
• Chase outstanding candidate offer letters/onboarding information to ensure a timely hire.
• Collate vacancy information and ensure distribution to relevant team members.
• Send weekly job bulletins to Stericycle and Shred-it team members.
• Additional duties & responsibilities as per the needs of the business.
