Observe sales encounters and in collaboration with commercial leadership design and execute develop programs to provide the knowledge, skills and tools team members need to be successful. Continually develop policies & methods for evaluating performance.
Sales training & development to be delivered via three channels to deliver a progressive learning and development experience to engage our team members; delivered by the Manager for sales training & development, partners in North America Global Sales Operations (GSO) and via external partners.
Stay updated with current sales theory and market demands to ensure training & development programs are appropriate.

Coordinating sales training & development programs.

Developing new policies & methods to develop our commercial team.
Provide reporting to key stakeholders / management.
Staying up to date with current market demands & sales theory.
Education:
Required Education: High School or equivalent
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent
Experience (EMEAA):
Minimum 10 years’ experience in consultative selling. Preferred experience working in inside sales, field sales & National / Key Accounts.
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
Hands on experience with e-learning platforms.
Excellent organizational skills.

Additional certification in training is a benefit.
