Steptoe & Johnson LLP, a Washington DC based law firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager.

The position is a hands-on role for an innovative, forward thinking, digitally oriented talent acquisition expert to support the firm’s Human Resources department. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of talent acquisition experience and possess a four-year degree or equivalent eight years of experience in a law firm environment, and four years of hands-on benefits experience.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities will include planning, developing and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy for Steptoe’s non-legal recruitment program, and managing a full life cycle recruitment process to source, select and hire top talent for Steptoe. Incumbent will also establish and maintain effective recruitment metrics, processes, systems and tools; delivering a five-star candidate experience and contributing to the representation of Steptoe’s employment brand and culture.
