Responsibilities:
– Provide leadership and oversight to the school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all students
– Develop and implement educational programs that promote academic excellence and meet the needs of diverse learners
– Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive school culture that fosters student engagement and success
– Manage school resources effectively, including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities maintenance
– Communicate regularly with parents and families to build strong partnerships and address any concerns or issues
– Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and research to inform decision-making and improve instructional practices

Qualifications:
– A minimum of a 12 Child Care ECE Units.
– Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
– Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment practices
– Familiarity with daycare regulations and best practices for early childhood education
