Stenn Technologies Hiring for Partnerships Account Director Full Time

The Role:

The Strategic Partnerships team is a core pillar of Stenn’s GTM strategy and a critical component of Stenn’s long-term success. We identify, negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and build new integration models to scale distribution and amplify our reach.

You will be responsible for driving Stenn’s strategic partner acquisition business within a region or vertical, focussed on delivering embedded finance solutions to ISV platforms serving SMEs in finished consumer goods, eCommerce, and SaaS/Digital services. As a subject matter expert in partnerships you will be able to identify our partners key pain points, identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions to drive deal lead flow and revenue growth, gain trust and improve partner relations.

This role will not only be focussed on revenue delivery and have an understanding of our API product technically enough to recommend how our partners should implement it to enhance their users’ experiences: this will rapidly accelerate revenue delivery. You will work cross-functionally with Structuring, Sales, Ops, Product and Marketing to scope potential partnerships and negotiate contracts, develop deep relationships with external stakeholders, and manage the deployment and ongoing growth of the partnership.

Using data you will drive and own partner revenue in collaboration with Partner Account Managers. It will be your responsibility to manage your own projects and work closely together across all functions to enable successful partner integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Enable product integration and distribution partnerships that extend Stenn’s reach and streamline how end users grow and manage their businesses.
• Align with our technology partners to understand their customers’ challenges and financing needs, as well as the most effective means of engaging them and delivering new solutions.
• Build internal business cases for partnership engagements, identify product requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams drive execution and internal alignment.
• Align and be the main point of contact internally with Stenn’s Product, Structuring and Ops teams to roadmap and execute product integrations with partners and ensure continuity across technical partnership implementations.
• Complete ownership of partner acquisition targets to hit revenue goals.
• In collaboration with the Partner Account Manager, create and execute joint go-to-market plans with your partners to drive partner generated leads and revenue sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Through structured, professional, informed dialogue, demonstrate Stenn Technologies as a highly experienced, credible and compelling financing partner.

• You have successfully acquired several strategic Partners as set out in the GTM strategy
• You are working on a definitive pipeline of target strategic partners that will deliver on Stenn’s 3 year objectives.
• You have delivered best-in-class service to launch new partners; deepening the relationship, driving initial leads and revenue and developing trust.
• We are on target to deliver required revenue and leads (Overachieving is even better).
• You have immersed yourself in Stenn’s culture and are excited for what the future holds.

Required Experience:

• An entrepreneurial mindset with experience managing and growing platform partnerships.
• In depth knowledge of API’s and partner integrations
• 3-5 years in product development and building API-based integrations & ecosystems
• 3-5 years experience working in Fintech, ecommerce, SAAS or small business technology platforms
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges,
• A proven sales leader
• Strong senior leadership presence and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment
• A desire to progress and push yourself out of your comfort zone
• Fluency in English
