Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Key point of contact for any space requests for the entire company (booking of desks, conference rooms, storage, needs, among others)

Support the daily needs relating to our global facilities including interfacing with employees regarding workspace booking software and the facilities ticketing system

Coordinate services between internal stakeholders and external contractors/service providers including moves, and scheduling of regular and ad-hoc services.

Lead administrative support for the Facilities Planning and Design Department, including minutes taking and drafting presentations.

Assist on planning, drafting and coordinating complex office, manufacturing and laboratory projects, and contribute to coordination of plan and design projects with the external design firm to model proposed concepts using planning and design tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Google Suite knowledge

Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees

Experience in customer service will be a plus
