This is a remote position.

Stellar Staffing Solution is a boutique staffing agency established in 2023. We specialize in bringing the personal, human touch back to the hiring process for companies and candidates alike.

We are ready to expand our recruitment team by taking on two new contract / freelance recruiters! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to make some extra money on the side, wants to get into a company while they are on the ground floor to help bring us to the next level, or are just looking to gain some experience before jumping into the world of recruiting for a larger company for your own career growth, we are the place for you!

Therefore, we allow all our recruiters to create their own schedules as long as they can put in at least

four hours each week into sourcing candidates for our clients.

Your duties as a recruiter with Stellar Staffing Solution will be :

• Source candidates for listings you have been assigned to you.
• Assess applications and resumes of candidates.
• Keep a record of all applicants on our CRM system.
• Match candidates from our candidate pool to job openings they qualify for.
• Give clear notes on each qualified candidate you submit.

This position will last a total of three months. Upon the end of those three months, if you would like to continue your freelance employment with Stellar Staffing Solution, and you have provided a positive impact on the team and / or company, you will be invited to do so.

Compensation and commission will increase for these recruiters.

Requirements

• High School Degree or higher
• Great communication skills – written and verbal
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong drive to meet and exceed expectations
• Be organized and tech savvy

Preferred

• Experience with Monday.com CRM system.
• Experience in talent acquisition / recruiting
• Experience with Microsoft teams
• Any relevant certifications or degrees
