This individual will be responsible for designing and developing novel cybersecurity-oriented Generative AI technologies to enhance the usability and capabilities of Stellar Cyber’s Open XDR platform.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Stellar Cyber, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment efforts for our dynamic and innovative cybersecurity team.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating interviews both domestically and internationally, managing job postings, maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and assisting with ad hoc projects to support the Recruitment and HR process.

Key Responsibilities :

Interview Coordination :

Schedule and coordinate interviews(both domestic and international) for candidates with hiring managers and interview panel members, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Job Posting and ATS Management :

• Post job openings on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate data entry, application tracking, and generating recruitment s.

Candidate Communication :

• Ability to communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Assist with the onboarding process.

Recruitment Process Support :

• Assist recruiters and hiring managers with pre-screening candidates and conducting reference checks when requested.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for successful candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Ad Hoc Projects :

• Support special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and human resources, such as employer branding efforts, recruitment events, or process improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis to support recruitment strategies and enhance the effectiveness of our hiring processes.
• Provide support to other team members when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with a Technology company and Cybersecurity experience highly preferred.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition and human resource coordination.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international recruitment processes and visa procedures is a plus.
• Provide to other Team Members when needed.
