· We are seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation for Stellar Care Center. The ADOR must hold a current license in the state of Ohio for one of the following: OT, PT, SLP, COTA, PTA. This position will involve treatment and assisting with management duties.

· Assist in planning, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the rehabilitation services of the facility.

· Assist in managing Rehabilitation Department personnel and consultants within the Facility.

· Assist with daily staffing and utilization with input from treating rehabilitation therapists, residents’ needs, and recommendations from the Administrator.

· Assist in coordinating rehabilitation services with other departments, as necessary.

· Assist in working with the Facility’s rehabilitation consultants and implement recommended changes, as required.

· Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining an ongoing quality assurance program for the Rehabilitation Department.

· Adhere to the company’s time management expectations.
