Job Description:

Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage an IBL Sales Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the Stellantis Sales Operations team and the Dealer network through effective and productive internal and external partnerships to deliver sales and revenue goals. This role supports with various incentive programs, allocation of vehicles to the Dealer network, performance ing, invoicing and payments, training events and other activities within the Sales Operations department.

This position is a 12-month full-time contract position, and all applicants must currently be undertaking a University Bachelor’s degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations

• Assist with daily / weekly / monthly sales ing, presentations and meetings;
• Order and allocate vehicles and stock to the Stellantis Dealer network;
• Liaise with transport companies, vehicle processing centres, suppliers and internal departments to ensure the quality and timely distribution of vehicles;
• Identify process and system efficiencies to improve sales process and service delivery;
• Respond to queries from the dealer network in relation to the payment of incentive amounts and timing;
• Create and post bulletins on Glovebox or other platform;
• Administer sales incentive programs;
• Submit VFACTS registration data to government authority on the first day of each month.
• Other duties with the Sales department as requested from time to time;

Invoicing

• Liaise with finance dept. to process and track all sales related invoices to ensure timely payment;
• Work closely with the procurement department to ensure all purchase orders are released before supplier commitments are made;
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) when required;
• Process and reconcile logistics expenses;

Requirements:

• Must currently be undertaking a bachelor degree at University;
• Must be available to work full-time for 12 months;
• A passion for the automotive industry and Dealership operations;
• Astute commercial awareness and business acumen;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written;
• Solutions driven;
• Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail;
• Team player;
• Ability to work under pressure and within a challenging environment; and
• Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
