Qualifications

The Assembly Line Production Team Member within a two-shift operation will be responsible for the installation of vehicle components within cycle time and with strict adherence to quality, safety and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.

Work Environment Description:
The work environment is fast paced, challenging, technically oriented, and demands superior problem solving ability and strong communication skills. The manufacturing area is where design, engineering and product development come together. Cross functionality is key, working with a variety of vehicle assembly components for stamping, power train, advanced manufacturing engineering, and assembly processes. The most successful members of our group have a demonstrated ability to move across functions and roles in all aspects of the manufacturing progression.

Hours of Work:Please note that all Production Team Members:
Rotate from day shift to afternoon shift on a continuous bi-weekly schedule

Work full time Mon-Fri, including mandatory overtime on Saturdays when required

About the position:
Hourly start rate of pay: $23.59 (gross)

EIGHT (8) year rate progression schedule to reach maximum rate
