Job Description:

Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage a Manager, Trade, Collision & Lubricant Sales who is responsible for leading the design and implementation of the parts programs and marketing communications to the Stellantis Australia Dealer network. Working with the broader Aftersales team to identify growth opportunities specifically in the Trade, collision & lubricant space. This position will work with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the continued growth of Dealer parts purchases driven through increased Dealer workshop/trade (mechanical and collision) parts sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of Aftersales Programs and marketing & sales tactics to contribute to the achievement of national Aftersales targets and objectives across all brands, including but not limited to;
• o Monthly/Quarterly Parts Trade/Oil promotion plans.
• o Design & Implementation of a National Collision Program
• o Pricing in conjunction with internal stakeholders
• o Trade Marketing program to Dealers & to end customers.
• o Oil Program expansion & Mopar Genuine fluid marketing & incentives
• o Technical Specification for fluids & lubricants.
• o Marketing collateral to assist Dealership Parts Managers and Trade Reps
• o Field staff training
• o Management of the Parts section of the Stellantis Aftersales Marketing Portal
• Drive dealer engagement with respect to the Parts business in order to gain their trust and enthusiasm for the brand; Improve dealer performance and profitability through program support and development to maximise sales opportunities and increases workshop and trade sales;
• Provide support and maintain relationships with the regional/field employees regarding Parts objectives and ensure they are well equipped to support Parts sales and marketing objectives;
• Define what sets a Genuine Part apart from our competitors. Define the product strategy and roadmap for Parts. Develop the core positioning for Parts and manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
• Use insights from multiple sources including internal stakeholders, competitors, the Stellantis Dealer network and customer analytics to develop insights to drive strategy and ensure effective marketing campaigns and results;
• Manage and optimise marketing budget allocated to Parts marketing programs.
• Monitor performance of sales plans and provision of new forecasts where appropriate;
• Assist in building products from existing ideas, and initiating new ideas ensuring the Stellantis is always ahead of competition;
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by analyzing the market and target customer sets;
• Work closely with the Finance and the Pricing Analyst to set competitive pricing in order to meet revenue and profitability goals;
• Ensure strong internal relationships with all internal departments including the sales function, corporate communications and dealer network are formed, to ensure complete alignment on activities;
• Liaise, negotiate & execute sales opportunities with end customers through existing dealer network
• Identify market opportunities in relation to Parts to deliver incremental business growth and work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders in order to foster cross departmental engagement;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of the all Parts campaigns and programs, from ensuring stock is available for supply prior to a campaign, through to the creative development of a campaign and final implementation;
• Provide ongoing ing to the Senior Manager, Service & Parts Operations to track and evaluate the success of Parts programs and campaigns.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to gain intel into key challenges in the trade/collision space.
• Gather market intelligence to ensure Parts offering to Stellantis is competitive within the market; Liaise directly with Insurance companies to negotiate the use of genuine parts only.
• Other ad hoc projects as directed & other aftersales product/programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree level qualified in Marketing, Sales, Business or similar discipline. (not essential)
• Automotive experience is desired but not mandatory; and
• 2+ years’ experience in post-sales service delivery is preferred.
• Experience in Trade/Collision roles (OEM level) highly regarded.
• Solutions focused; “can do” attitude; team player

• Strong business and marketing acumen, with excellent oral and written skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders of various levels, with strong analytical and negotiation skills;

• Ability to build relationships and communicate across different levels of the organization, both internally and externally;
• Self-motivated and results driven with a confident and mature outlook;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP preferred but not essential;
• Ability to thrive in an ever changing and fast-paced environment is critical;
• Development, analysis and implementation of strategic marketing and business initiatives aimed at improving sales;
• Development and administration of incentive and recognition programs;
• Using advertising / sales promotion agencies to develop programs;
• Dealership network experience either in Sales or Aftersales is desirable;
• Participation in product development projects aimed at driving cross functional success.
