Job Description:

Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage an IBL Customer Experience Coordinator who is responsible for assisting the CX Senior Manger to deliver against two main objectives within the Stellantis Australia National Sales Company:

• in close conjunction with the dealer body and field team in practical process improvements across the nation by applying Stellantis’ and industry best practices and initiatives.
• for a customer centric culture, reflected in Stellantis’ policies, procedures, strategies, and day to day actions.

This position is a 12-month full-time contract position, and all applicants must currently be undertaking a University Bachelor’s degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and embed policies, standards and processes for the NSC and dealer network which result in efficiencies, effectiveness and customer centricity in accordance with Company CX guidelines.
• Provide day-to-day direction and management of customer experience in the NSC and dealer network, directing and promoting policies and processes.
• Track, and present CX performance and progression to the NSC and regional management team.
• Deliver local and regional seminars outlining opportunities, trends and actions to drive CX today and into the future.
• Implement tools enabling the NSC teams and dealer network in the proactive management of CX.
• Create and present s and projects to the NSC and regional management team on reoccurring events, or as requested / required.

Requirements:

• Must currently be undertaking a bachelor degree at University;
• Must be available to work full-time for 12 months;
• Able to understand changing trends and developments and communicate the impact of these to the business.
• Actively develops relationships with key stakeholders via regular contact and involvement.
• Demonstrates ability to develop long and short term relationships.
• Exudes energy, passion, optimism and commitment to producing great work.
