Job Description:

Stellantis Australia is seeking a Coordinator, Human Resources for a 6-month fixed-term contract who will work collaboratively with the HR team to provide support, coordination and administration to deliver a full range of HR services to Stellantis. This position is responsible for administering human resources activities and programs relating to recruitment and onboarding, offboarding, remuneration, etc. This role will respond to queries regarding human resources policies and procedures within the organisation and supports initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates;
• Complete necessary recruitment documentation such as recruitment requisition forms, approval to offer forms, development of internal and external advertisements, etc;
• Supporting the administrative part of the new hire process (screening, contracts, updating of HR systems);
• Ensure new employees are inducted and onboarded appropriately, including staying in touch with them, answering queries, providing new starter packs, etc.
• General administration and coordination as required by the HR team and wider business; including recruitment, induction, remuneration, performance management, HR policy and procedures, learning and development, health and safety, wellbeing and departures;
• Answer all internal and external HR-related queries and requests in a timely manner, or redirect queries to the relevant employee where required;
• Maintain and update employee records on internal HR s accurately and in a timely manner;
• Assist with and execute the offboarding process, including setting up exit interviews, liaising with ICT, Company Vehicles, and the Office Manager to ensure offboarding process is followed;
• Support the broader HR team as required, including coverage for leave; workload support and other project initiatives to achieve the HR strategy;
• Coordinate and assist employees with GHRC – Stellantis’ individual appraisal platform, meeting all Company wide deadlines;
• Assist with the management all Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs) and processing of Invoices in SAP and monitor spend throughout the year.
• Ensure that HR intranet (Glovebox) and internet resources are fit for purpose for users and is accurate at all times.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline
• Two years HR administration/generalist Human Resources experience;
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• A proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach able to work with a broad range of people from varying backgrounds.
• Able to show initiative within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work autonomously and deliver on expectations
• Team player
• Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities
