Job Description:

Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage an IBL Parts Coordinator who is responsible for extracting and preparing s that support maintaining stock levels to meet or exceed the agreed KPI’s set. It also supports the review and preparation of documents for obsolete and excess parts. This position also supports senior manager with warehouse QA and logistics invoice verification and analysis.

This position is a 12-month full-time contract position, and all applicants must currently be undertaking a University Bachelor’s degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all daily s are extracted from all systems and ready for planners.
• Daily administrative tasks, eg; incomplete sales task, reviewing parts with zero pricing and then forcing any stuck invoices.
• Reviewing the Bill Of Distribution release file, checking and sending parts to be updated in Mopar Parts System and SAP.
• Review exemption register for QA issues that require claims to be raised.
• Analyse list of parts flagged for quality inspection and ensure process is in place for inspection rules and requirements.
• Share monthly of parts that have had claims raised or scrapped.
• Review all logistics invoices and prepare for approval
• Support planners with preparing approvals for all obsolete and excess parts.
• Support planners with preparing data for analysis for dealer buybacks
• Work on continuous improvement through Stellantis systems and practices;
• Perform other tasks or projects as directed from time to time, which will benefit the overall success of Stellantis Australia.

Requirements:

• Must currently be undertaking a bachelor degree at University;
• Must be available to work full-time for 12 months;
• Bachelor Degree level in Accounting, Finance or business – required
• Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Skills – PowerBI knowledge (advantageous)
