Job Description:

Stellantis Australia is seeking a Brand Manager, Leapmotor (Contract) for a for a 12-month fixed-term contract who is responsible for playing a crucial role in successfully introducing and managing a key new brand to the organization and then managing it in the future. They are champions of the new brand and a lighthouse to the organization about all things Leapmotor. They spearhead the energy & positivity of launching a new brand, while also leading the collective efforts of the organization to not only achieve launch KPIs but to also build a sustainable foundation enabling these successes to continue post launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live and breathe the Leapmotor brand.
• Support the Director Marketing Communications and Director New Product and Business Launch in setting the overall Marketing strategy and plan to meet the business objectives of launch and future business.
• Be the custodian of the Leapmotor brand story & positioning for Australia ensuring local relevance whilst ensuring authenticity & consistency with global strategy.
• Management and oversight of the creation, execution and implementation of ATL & BTL activities including but not limited to:
• Media plans
• Advertising (online and offline channels)
• Social media
• Brand and retail POS, catalogues & collaterals
• Website content
• EDM content
• Events & Sponsorships
• Delivery of all marketing activities on time, within budget and with a strong focus on achieving set objectives.
• Ongoing review of brand funnel metrics and data s to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
• Source, develop, manage and lead brand asset requirements (Guidelines, Global creative, Imagery, Film, Logos, Event Signage, Merchandise etc.)
• Ensuring all marketing assets, materials and communications are accurate.
• Effective management of external agencies (media, creative, digital, social, experiential etc.) to support the development of materials and other activities, in line with the marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with all Marketing team functions including Digital, CRM, PR and Aftersales. Work to ensure all activities are created in partnership with the key business units (Product, Sales, Fleet, Aftersales, Legal, Finance, Procurement etc.) Proactive engagement of, and marketing support to, the dealer network.
• Management of the dealer marketing inbox. Support the Leapmotor Marketing function with budget / invoicing / purchasing processes and administration. Management Marketing vehicle fleet. Communication and rapport with relevant Regional and Global Leapmotor Brand and Marketing colleagues. Support Senior Directors on development and input for presentations.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Business/Commerce or Marketing
• 5 years or more of experience across Marketing
• Demonstrable experience within the automotive industry or in a similar role with knowledge of the Australian market would be an advantage
• Experience negotiating or driving consensus with business partners, franchisees, government departments, other external parties would also be an advantage
• High understanding of the Marketing function, Branding, Communications planning
• Flexibility to travel (20%)
• Comfort in a dynamic environment and flexible to pivot focus with changing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent influencing and coaching skills
• Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail
