As the Talent Acquisition Director , you will be responsible for developing and executing our talent acquisition strategy to ensure we are constantly attracting and retaining the top individuals in their field.

What You’ll Do

• Carry a full req load and deliver exceptional candidates for every open role. What matters is hiring top caliber individuals and you own all the inputs to attract those candidates.
• Craft compelling job ads, set budget and execute a marketing strategy around ads, personally source and recruit candidates, review applicant resumes, conduct initial screens, guide a candidate through onboarding.
• Juggle competing priorities while staying on top of the pipeline for every role and adjust strategy quickly if not attracting high quality candidates.
• Ensure that applicants have an exceptional experience with Steadily even when not hired.
• Conduct new hire onboarding including assisting with setting up benefits, licensing, and system setup.
• Be a strong human resources business partner to each division leader to consult on human resources-related matters.
• Be a culture ambassador throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.

Your Backg round

• Experienced : You have a minimum of two years experience in talent acquisition strategy. Your experience includes ownership of marketing and data analytics, not just recruiting.
• Strategy : You have proven skills optimizing the promotion budget and you know which levers to pull in order to increase ROI without being told how.
• Salesmanship : You are confident and compelling in your interactions with candidates and know how to generate excitement about the company and the role.
• Digital : You are tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
• Ownership : You are driven by the outcome. You are comfortable handling strategy and important responsibilities with limited oversight but also don’t mind the grind of day to day applicant review and screening.
• Culture : Steadily’s culture resonates with you and you’d be excited about sharing it with applicants during an interview conversation.
