We are a fast-growing, insurtech startup and we’re looking for an exceptional recruiter to join our team of 30 people!

At Steadily, our purpose is to help landlords all over the United States purchase insurance through a modern experience and feel confident that they have the coverage they need in case of a rainy day. Because of our cutting edge technology, our customers love being insured by us, even when they have a claim.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize ad spend and sponsored ads to make sure that we are getting the best applicants available.
• Source prospective candidates who may be a good fit for any of our job posts and get them excited about the idea of working for Steadily. These may include insurance sales, service, underwriting/product, and tech roles.
• Review all applicant resumes and conduct screen interviews before passing them along to the hiring manager.
• Manage the candidate through the interview process from start to finish.

Your Background

• Experienced: You have a minimum of one year sourcing and recruiting experience. You are educated on what can be asked or discussed during an interview.
• Marketing: You have proven skills at optimizing the promotion budget and you know which levers to pull in order to increase ROI without being told how.
• Digital: You are tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
• Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight. You want to make the leap into an early-stage tech startup to make a huge impact.
