Steadily Hiring for Account Executive – B2B Full Time

Steadily’s purpose is to help landlords all over the United States purchase insurance through a modern experience and feel confident that they have the coverage they need in case of a rainy day. We are searching for a stellar account executive that can close the deal on new partnerships in the real estate and mortgage lending industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify high-potential partners and close new partnerships in the real estate, property manager, and mortgage lending industry.
• Figure out what solution makes the most sense by consulting with the partner, product and engineering teams.
• Scale the partnership channel 5x over the next year.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven sales hunter with 3+ years success in B2B sales role with a track record of closing the deal.
• At least 3 years domain experience in insurance, real estate, lending, property management, etc.
• You prefer and are most confident when selling directly to top decision makers (owners, partners, and executives).
• You are enthusiastic, ambitious, engaging, intelligent and results oriented, an A-player with high integrity and impeccable ethics.
• You set big goals, are driven and laser focused to achieve them every day.
• You are assertive, creative, have high emotional intelligence, and have exceptional relationship and communication skills that allow you to influence people.

Compensation

• OTE – $100,000+
• Commission on the premium your partnerships generate.
