The role

Our developers work on a wide variety of web and mobile app projects. As a Salesforce developer at Qrious, you will work alongside other members of our development teams to build solutions in Salesforce. As a Salesforce software developer you will be involved in all aspects of development and the development life cycle, leading other software developers on Salesforce projects. At Qrious we encourage our developers to acquire a broad range of skills you will have an opportunity to expand your skills in to other area of software development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Development of applications using Salesforce.
• Developing, maintaining and training of Salesforce skills within Qrious.
• Providing Salesforce technical expertise and advice to our clients and other teams within Qrious.
• Work with the team to support existing websites, applications and apps.
• Participate in development process from specification and design through build to testing, release and maintenance.
• Participate in an agile team, estimating and planning work according to agile principles.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience and relevant degree or qualification.
• Ability to show examples of work you have developed, and explain how you have developed them.
• Some experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery would be useful.
• Experience of working in Agile and Scrum teams.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• An ability to work on projects as part of a team and independently.
• Clear communication skills.

What we need from you:

Your attitude is your most important personal attribute, but it will help if you have a few years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role. Naturally, you’ll also need to be an excellent communicator, and ideally, you will have a degree in a relevant field.
