Job Description
The purpose of this position is to deliver proactive and strategic HR advice to the Executive Vice President (EVP) BA Europe, and to develop and drive the shared HR agenda in Statkraft together with Global HR, ensuring business needs are met. As part of the extended HR leadership team, the role will drive and support development of people- and organisational capabilities that are critical to deliver on Statkraft’s strategic ambitions, and support leadership in their work to ensure that Statkraft is a safe, inclusive, and attractive place to work.
This role can be based in any of our European offices.
Responsibilities:
Proactive and strategic partner to the EVP of BA Europe, on all people and culture related topics
Engage in- and support business strategy discussions by providing guidance insight and suggested actions related to people and organisation implications
Develop strong business acumen and use this understanding of business dynamics to influence the priorities of the overall people and organization agenda in Statkraft, to ensure the needs of BA Europe are met
Identify current and future trends within the HR sphere that may impact business strategy and/or future business needs, as well as gaps within the organization on these areas
Coach and facilitate on organisational design, development and change in BA Europe and overall in Statkraft
Facilitate discussions in BA Europe management team on prioritised people and organisation topics together with functional teams
Partner with Global HR and Country HR as a customer representative for the BA, ensuring BA needs for both operative and strategic HR deliveries are met
Reporting to Business Support & Portfolio Mgmt
Part of the extended HR Leadership team (consisting of Global HR Management team and the BA HR representatives)
Qualifications
Higher education within HR or other relevant field, preferably at Master´s level
Solid business understanding
Solid experience working with people and organisational development on a strategic level
Solid experience from working in an international matrix organisation
Strategic and analytical mindset
Strong drive and passion for people- and organisational development
Relationship builder with the ability to collaborate constructively with- and influence business and functional leaders on all levels
Solid ability to “work through others” and ensure joint deliveries that meets business needs
Proactive attitude to problem solving and ability to find best solutions for different HR topics
High personal integrity and high ethical standards
Strong communication skills in English
