Job Description
HR across Statkraft is continuously working to enable good organisational and people development, and the best possible day-to-day employee experience for our Statkraft colleagues. We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our talented UK HR team on a fixed term basis (1 year). You will be based in our beautiful London office and will be providing HR advisory and generalist support to the UK business, supporting the Head of HR as needed and be involved in assigned project work.
You will report to the Head of HR UKI & Northern Europe.
Your role:
Responsibility for onboarding all our new joiners
HRIS Administration:
Registering and terminating users, organisational changes, compiling reports etc.
Offer administration:
Drafting and issuing all offer documentation and working on all the administrative processes related to the offer process
General HR administration:
Drafting employment related documentation for example including variations to contract, employment references and confirmations etc.
Employee file administration
HR administrative duties
Offboarding including exit interviews etc
Manage ad-hoc queries from employees and signpost them to the right information/contact
Recruitment Administration (Recruitment sits with our Talent Acquisition Team however there are instances where we need to provide support):
Supporting hiring managers with drafting and or amending job descriptions
Creating a Job description bank
Liaising with the UK Talent Acquisition Partner as needed
Any other recruitment administration as needed
Employee mobility, for example, supporting employees with visa applications, facilitating relocation services etc
Collaborate with HR Colleagues across Statkraft in different geographies
Verifying invoices and raising Purchase Orders
Support with Statkraft’s’ annual HR processes such as bonus and salary evaluations, Goal and Development cycles etc
Own processes such as maternity, paternity etc.
Support Managers and employees with performance management, capability, and long-term sickness cases
Support with any investigations, disciplinary or grievance cases
Work with Head of HR or HR Business Partner to ensure all our UK policies are up to date, and update all relevant templates and forms
Develop strong working relationships with all employees and HR service providers to ensure the best level of service
Support on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Work closely with the Head of HR on ad hoc projects as and when assigned
Qualifications
Experienced in full employee life cycle HR processes and support
Good knowledge of or experienced UK employment legislation and a willingness to learn
Experienced user of MS Office suite, HR systems and other collaboration tools
Project management or coordination experience
A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills
The ability to deal with queries and tasks confidentially
Proactive, outside the box thinker and solution-oriented person who is able deliver quality results on time
Strong organisation skills and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work in situations where there is ambiguity
