This role uses independent thought and judgement while implementing the full cycle recruiting process to source, attract, recruit, interview and on-board employees that will prosper in the Company’s culture. This includes but is not limited to the execution of recruitment but also referral programs, engagement and retention metrics.

• Knowledge of general business administration and employment as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Using Boolean search to data mine talent using untapped resources.

• Acts as a business partner to work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand the needs of the role and the culture of the department. Develops strategies to source and qualify candidates.
• Executes the full cycle recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers including resume screening, phone screens, behavioral interviews, assessments, decline notifications and offer extension.
• Execute on additional sourcing strategies once identified to increase quantity and quality of candidate flow, via community outreach, job fairs, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, staffing agencies, etc.
• Tracks activities and facilitates the process from candidate to hire through onboarding to set the candidate to support the best possible outcome that will impact positive retention.
• Coach hiring managers during selection process to ensure consistent practices and compliance with employment law. Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).
• Monitors hiring manager practices to ensure timely review and interviewing of candidates. Arrange in person and phone interviews.

• May support and perform other HR duties as needed or appropriate.
• May further the effectiveness of sourcing efforts through the development of college recruitment programs, internships, management development programs and employment branding programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

Work Experience or Related Experience:

• Knowledge of general business administration and employment as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years full cycle professional level corporate recruiting for positions at all levels within an organization with a proven track record of hiring the right candidates for the right positions (across multi sites and states)
• Professional Sourcing Credential preferred.
• A PHR is preferred
• Additional HR experience preferred
• Knowledge of UltiPro a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
