The Talent Acquisition Administrator is a key leadership role within the Human Resources and Development Group (HR&DG). This position will oversee employment branding, new and diverse talent pipeline development, candidate engagement, internships, and social media to attract a diverse applicant pool. The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) employs a dedicated team of uniformed and non-uniformed officers, non-security administrative staff, licensed healthcare/medical professionals, educators, and skilled trades/facilities employees statewide.
The ideal Human Resources (HR) professional will have a demonstrated track record of defining and driving recruitment best practices, the ability to build and develop a high-performing recruitment team, and partner with multiple departments to successfully meet the talent demands of the organization.

Requires possession of, and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver’s license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12).
