About the opportunity

The Talent Partner will lead the development of contemporary recruitment strategies and provide best practice advice to hiring managers on matters relating to talent acquisition, sourcing, attraction and retention. This will be achieved through:

• Partnering with business leaders you will understand what makes working at the Library unique and develop a compelling Employee Value Proposition to strengthen our brand.
• The Talent Partner will be responsible for developing engaging, early career programs and view all processes with a view of eliminating barriers to employment to promote diversity of candidates applying for roles at the Library.
• This role will work closely with other team members of the Employee Experience Team to promote a seamless candidate experience.
• This role would suit an experienced talent professional who is confident developing employment strategies and programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing capability to engage potential employees in a competitive market environment.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation to support equal opportunity recruitment practices.
