Your Role:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a hands-on role that oversees the recruiting strategy for all North American hiring and supports the needs of hiring managers to attract top talent. The individual in this position is responsible for providing direction to the Talent Acquisition team and consulting with senior management to ensure they have the tools and framework necessary to support the company’s TA needs. You must have strong networking skills and broad recruiting knowledge, as well as familiarity with online job boards, social media recruiting and managing applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct all activities related to sourcing qualified applicants, interviewing candidates and the onboarding process, in accordance with company policy.

• Provide strategic leadership in talent acquisition, including process improvement and metrics to drive business objectives.

• Partner with senior management to understand hiring needs and execute sourcing strategies for professional roles in our sales, manufacturing and corporate functions.

• Execute full-life cycle recruiting for various corporate and field positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending a qualified talent pool.

• Manage a team of two corporate recruiters and oversee open requisitions, as well as conduct performance management, development and coaching to the TA team.

• Coordination of employment ads and tracking reports, as well as ensuring compliance with OFCCP requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years corporate or agency TA experience, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Experience related to sales recruiting is strongly preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong computer and telephone skills.

• Ability to give presentations to sales and corporate management teams.

• Organized and able to work independently.
