State Industrial Products Hiring for Corporate Recruiter – Recruiting Job at Mayfield Heights, Cuyahoga, OH Full Time

Who we are: Neutron Industries, is a Division of State Industrial Products, based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Since 1978, Neutron has specialized in bringing air care management, disinfectants and high performing industrial chemical specialty cleaning and drain maintenance products to businesses across the country with a strong inside sales and marketing team. Your Role: As a Recruiter for Neutron, you will be based at our office in Mayfield Heights. This is a hybrid role, working in the office 3 days a week and remotely 2.

You will source, screen and interview candidates for our sites in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, Phoenix, Arizona and for remote sales associates across the US. This will involve posting open positions on online job boards, social media recruiting and managing applicant tracking systems with heavy phone work reaching out to candidates. Your Focus: · Source and recruit candidates that are looking to begin a sales career or for those that are ready to grow their sales career after having been in sales or a call center industry for 1-3 years. · Source and recruit candidates for other departments in Neutron on a as needed basis.

• Conduct multiple phone/videos screens daily. · Oversee the application and effective use of a candidate database (Ceridian/Dayforce and Indeed) of qualified candidates to management. · Stay in touch with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience. · Create and foster relationships with coworkers while partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.

Experience to bring: · Energy, motivation, self-direction, enthusiasm and integrity. · 3-5 years of experience. · Solid interpersonal skills. · Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Passion. · Strong computer and telephone skills. · Organized and able to work independently. · Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
