Full Job Description

Aaron Franco – State Farm Agency, located in Catalina, AZ, has an immediate opening for a Front Office Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude.

Ideal candidate is someone with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has ‘never meets a stranger,’ has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
