Our company is in need of a Customer Service Representative to join our agency. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who has excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record of outstanding service to customers. The perfect candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer inquiries by email and telephone.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
- Achieve licensing in property and casualty in the first six months.
- Provide customers with information about products or services; assist with resolving problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
