Receptionist is the entry role, moving into the support of Service and Sales is the main Need of the Agency. Our Agency has 3,400 families and small businesses we take care of, and we want to grow. This is an opportunity to become a permanent member of one of the Top Insurance Agencies in the Twin Cities.

The first raise occurs at the completion of the “Team Member Training Program”. Outbound calling to existing Prospects is another potential opportunity to grow and make additional Bonuses.

Additional support for becoming Insurance licensed and increasing hourly compensation is highly encouraged.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
