Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred). We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow. Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services both to our large customer base and to new clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Compensation: A starting base salary of $40,0000 plus commission & bonuses. Most successful new hires in this position will earn signficantly more in commission and bonuses by the end of their first year.

Requirements

• Bilingual -Spanish
• Property and Casuality License
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Position may require irregular working hours
