State is seeking an innovative Recruiting Manager with expertise in high volume recruiting. This position can will require occasional travel to our Beloit, WI office

State, one of the leaders in Health Care Revenue Cycle, is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in our industry and have a proven track record in high volume recruiting.

You will have the pleasure of working with some of the best thought leaders in our industry and be on point for hiring the “best in class” customer service professionals to the State Family.

If you have 3-5 years of progressively responsible recruiting expertise (with Call Center or Collections experience preferred) and if you have the curiosity to explore new and innovative ways to attract and retain quality candidates and use technology to work smarter and not harder, then please submit your resume.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
