Quality Management Integrated Systems Administrator and Auditor

Key Focus:
Maintenance and further development of the existing integrated management system taking into account the principles of the company (company policy)
Become a vital part of the organization with a focus on maintaining a high standard
Complete all tasks accurately, efficiently and promptly
We require a Quality Management Integrated Systems Administrator and Auditor who will be responsible for:
Maintenance and further development of the existing integrated management system
Plan and conduct internal audits according to ISO, IATF, CQI, and VDA standards (9001/16949/13485/14001/45001)
Supporting customers and third party auditors related to on site and remote audits
Collaborate with teams to identify root causes and corrective actions for audit non-conformances
Create and/or proof read all site-specific documents in the Integrated Management System focusing on clarity, and maintaining a high level of quality that aligns with company standards
Additional responsibilities include:
Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
Distribution of all documents on site (via system & paper) with a focus of maintaining document and revision control
Train team members on existing and updated policies and procedures
Data analysis and data collection for IMS as well as identifying improvement points
Do you have?
University Degree or College Diploma
Internal auditor qualification necessary
3-5 years’ experience in Quality as Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment implementing quality systems, changing documentation and experience with Root Cause Analysis
Knowledge with automotive quality requirements and the reference manual (PPAP, 8D, CCR, FMEA, APQP, Control Plans etc.)
Successful Candidates will also have:
Work effectively with customers and suppliers
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Word, Excel, Power Point, as well as customer quality software packages
Excellent communication, problem soliving and organizational skills
Ability to read part drawings and specifications
Must be able to work all shifts including days, afternoons, nights and weekends
