Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for reporting & analysing the Publicis Media UK cost base (& Balance Sheet where appropriate). It is essential that you are able to articulate financial information clearly to non-financial individuals

• Purchase Orders for Vendors and Intercompany Partners (as required)
• Input data for intercompany salary recharges to the payroll file
• Assist with updating the payroll file with any changes as required
• Dealing with Accounts Payable team and assisting them in any outstanding work that arises
• Day to day accounting duties
• Assist in any internal and external audit, ensuring compliance in all areas

• Good knowledge of Excel, SAP experience an advantage
• Experience of Cost control, monitoring and reporting
• Experience of working with non-financial people in order to explain cost variances
