Star Valley Lawn Care is accepting applications for an Operations Manager.

we ask that you have previous leadership experience and have experience with finding, hiring, and training exceptional team members. Experience in lawn care and snow removal is helpful but not required. We are more concerned with your leadership experience and ability.

Responsibilitys include

1. Finding hiring and training team members

2. Manage work load for 3-4 crews and time off

3. Track daily production and revenue and hit our daily, weekly, and monthly benchmarks

4. Meet with clients as needed and resolve problems that may arise.

5. Oversee equipment maintenance

6. Help balance sales, workload, and capacity.

7. Work towards more efficient and better ways to serve our clients and provide a great environment for our team members.

8. Perform estimates as needed.
