We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hiring)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for partnering with the clients and ensuring the recruitment, selection, and on-boarding activities in our retail team as well as providing HR support as required.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Write engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates
• Publish current vacancies on multiple platforms (using one of the best applicants tracking systems)
• Review, screen, longlist, and shortlist applications ensuring that candidates meet the requirement of hiring managers.
• Conduct phone, video, and face to face interviews
• Proactively build and maintain talent pools
• Support and coach hiring managers as required through the recruitment process
• Conduct/facilitate various employment checks and assessments (health declarations, police checks, Visa status checks)
• Effectively maintain the administration of candidate documentation and database/file management
• Continuously look for ways to improve/implement delivery of service and candidate engagement

ABOUT YOU:

• You are young, vibrant and have experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels including Hiring Managers, external agencies/suppliers, different teams, and personalities
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting hiring goals
• A prior background in retail would be an advantage
• Strong influencing and negation skills
• Experience and interest in building social media recruitment strategies
• 2+ years’ experience in an end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition role (either agency or in-house)
• Ability to travel between sites (must have own car and valid driver’s license)
• MS Office skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

• Commission
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Castle Hill NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
