What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking an analytical Associate Site Merchandising Manager to drive our digital merchandising efforts on our both our B2B and B2C websites.

• A successful Associate Manager will combine an understanding of what drives e-commerce sales, an interest in driving solutions for the modern worker, and a passion for user experience to improve the onsite merchandising strategy.
• They will build an unparalleled shopping experience in collaboration with team leaders across the company including Merchandising, Digital Product Management, and Digital CX.
• They will find digital solutions to reduce friction and optimize the customer journey at all touch points to best drive product discoverability and presentation.
• Understanding how our customers shop, the Associate Manager will advocate for the needs of our business customers and serve as the go-to person for insight on customer behavior and site performance.
• They will utilize web analytics and data to guide ongoing improvements and optimize site merchandising tools to drive increase conversion, AOV, sales and margin.

What you bring to the table:

• Knowledge in site metrics, such as visits, conversion, AOV, frequency, engagement
• Understanding of levers to pull to drive ecommerce results and the customer funnel
• Cross functional collaboration with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
• Passion about the customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
• Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets and making data-driven decisions
• Exceptional ability to manage many projects, prioritize and drive multiple threads of work to completion
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• PC literate with strong abilities in Excel and Power Point

Qualifications :

What’s needed– Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce field, Site Merchandising, or a related field

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
