Stantec Hiring for Talent Acquisition Resourcer Job at London, England Full Time

Our Talent Acquisition team have grown significantly over the past year to help meet Stantec’s ambitious growth plans. Having achieved our 2021 recruitment plan, we are working towards our targets for 2022. We are a collaborative team based throughout the UK. We operate a direct sourcing and high touch client centric function. We have a seat on the leadership table and take pride in being the forefront of what our stakeholders require.

Our team are proud of what we have built and now have space for a Resourcer to join us in Reading or London. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to come into the team and develop their internal recruitment career.

This role will see you creatively source candidates for a number of our existing vacancies. This may include online mapping, online database searches and managing our candidate pipelines.

Working alongside our TA Specialists, you will:-

• Creatively source candidates for our hard to fill opportunities
• Select and screen candidates across multiple vacancies
• Evaluate and select candidates to progress through the recruitment process
• Develop and manage our candidate pipelines

Key to your success will be your desire to develop creative candidate sourcing strategies. You will be passionate about sourcing candidates and developing ongoing candidate relationships, with the candidate experience at the fore front of your mind.

This represents an excellent segway for an agency recruiter who is looking to take their first step into an in-house Talent Acquisition team.

About you

Qualified with a relevant degree / diploma, you will have entry level experience in an agency or in-house team. You will have a passion for talent acquisition, and a strong desire to deliver a great experience for your candidates.

You will have experience of devising creative sourcing strategies and delivering suitable candidates. You are not afraid to work at pace in a high-volume recruitment function. You pride yourself on being responsive, have a strong attention to detail and are eager to join an organisation that have exciting growth plans in place.

Any technical engineering experience will be highly regarded.
