We have recently undertaken a significant acquisition for our UK business, and we continue to grow organically, which is supported by our fantastic Talent Acquisition team. We currently have 2,500 talented professionals across our UK & Ireland business with further ambitious plans to grow.
We are the Market leaders in the UK Water industry, experiencing strong organic growth over the last 2 years. To continue to support our growth plans we have a newly created role for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead our Water TA experienced hires team. Leading a small team of 2 Talent Acquisition specialists your role will see you:
You will also manage a small requisition load which will range from any overspill from your team to assisting in the recruitment of functional support roles.
You will be joining an exciting phase of growth. Your new team are highly regarded within the business, and it will be your role to continue the momentum. About You
You are seasoned (and inspiring) recruitment team leader with a mix of inhouse and agency.
What sets you apart from the others is your strong commercial acumen and compelling communication and influencing skills. You are able to demonstrate your expertise in developing future recruitment plans against established headcount forecast and successfully execute against your plans.
You can demonstrate your ability to bring innovative direct sourcing ideas to the table. You pride yourself on being data orientated, making key decision’s based on tangible facts and feedback.
Any engineering/technical recruitment is highly regarded.
