Operating as a true business partner, you will undertake recruitment for both our national Transport and Buildings business line, whilst overseeing our recruitment for our Functional support teams. This is an end-to-end role where will see you partner closely with your key stakeholders to undertake their current and future needs. You will undertake direct sourcing strategies to secure candidates for all your vacancies. You will oversee a requisition load ranging from 25 to 40 roles at any one time.

About You
You are a proven Talent Acquisition practitioner with a successful track record of delivery direct sourcing in a fast-paced environment (Construction/Engineering will be highly regarded). You are well regarded by your previous stakeholders, with proven track record in with influencing stakeholders at all levels.
You pride yourself on being responsive, have a strong attention to detail and are eager to join an organisation that have exciting growth plans in place.
