Stanmore College Hiring for Human Resources Officer at Middlesex Full Time

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

(Full time, 36 hours per week, through the year)

We are looking for an experienced and effective HR Officer to work in the HR department at Stanmore College.

Organising and reporting on staff CPD/training and leading on the College appraisal scheme and Probationary. Managing the staff recruitment process to include sitting on shortlisting and interview panels and producing contracts of employment. Maintaining staff records and producing reports using the computerised HR system and responding to external surveys. Assisting with all functions of the Human Resources department. Assisting with the monthly payroll.

The successful candidate will be educated to at least level 3, CIPD qualification desirable.

Salary: Band G, Point 21 – 24, £27,156 – £29,237 per annum
