Stanley Park Brewing Restaurant and Brewpub is Looking For Concession Attendant at Vancouver, BC Full Time

Located at the Beach Avenue entrance of Stanley Park, our Brewpub & Restaurant is nestled amongst the pitch & putt, lawn bowling and tennis courts, and just steps away from some of the best recreational trails and viewpoints in Vancouver.

This is a fixed-term opportunity ending September 30th, 2023, with the opportunity for an extension. Part-time and full-time hours available!

Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment!

Greeting guests and providing timely service

Serving food, beverages and desserts to guests

Accurate cash, debit, and credit handling at register

Replenishing foods at serving stations as required

Preparing food such as popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream dishes, and fountain sodas, using standard formulas

Inventory control, assessing stock levels, preparing product orders

Ensuring cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment

Ensuring all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations

Working Conditions:
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Prior concessions experience preferred, including POS systems and purchasing

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Readiness to work well with others

Must utilize excellent guest service skills to enhance the experience and meet the needs of our guests with a positive attitude

Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated

Adherence to a uniform policy and grooming standards, must present a neat and professional appearance

Qualified candidate will be mature, responsible, dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Must fulfill all departmental training requirements
