The Sawtooth Hotel, a historic landmark in Stanley, Idaho, has built a reputation as a place where the food is from-scratch, the service is extraordinary, and the setting is inspiring.  Surrounded by the Sawtooth Mountains and the Salmon River, this is a job for someone who wants to work hard and play in the outdoors.

We are looking for applicants that have experience in a busy commercial kitchen, are self-starters, are focused and calm under pressure, and are able to maintain a clean work station.  Knowledge of food safety is a must.   

We are hiring both Front of House and Back of House.  Cooks, servers, dishwashers, and housekeepers are all positions we have available.  

We believe that the single most important factor in the success of our restaurant is the quality of people who make up our team.  We strive to hire people who are hard-working, positive-minded, and understand the hospitality business.
