Test Division Summary
Job Purpose
To manage and oversee the FSC (Financial Service Cloud) Sales & Service initiatives which include the execution and, implementation of Salesforce FSC Cloud application delivery against the Bank’s standards, policies and procedures and governance guidelines and Service Level Agreements. To provide technical solutions to the needs of stakeholders by interpreting business requirements, defining technical tasks, complete the technical design, execute the design on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform , performing end to end testing, promote code in line with the Salesforce DevOps Release process which includes the CAB process. As well as supporting and troubleshooting technical questions, software and database issues.
