Stan Hiring for Sport Content Producer at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

We have a new opportunity for a Sport Content Producer who lives and breathes sport. Working with the Sports Programming team, you will be responsible for the preparation of VOD’s including the creation of specialised platform images, QA and deployment of sport assets. It will also include curation and maintenance within the relevant CMS system by performing all operational and technical requirements.

Along with a passion for sport, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in linear and/or non-linear sports television or websites and a solid understanding of the SVOD market.

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Preparation and deployment of sport assets as well as quality control of VOD and key art assets on the Stan Sport platform
• Ensuring metadata quality and accuracy across all sport assets
• Regularly update and curate collections of events / competitions for a high quality content discovery experience, using your inside-out knowledge of the Stan Sport line-up
• Accurate scheduling of all content across the platform, including timely publishing of carousels and feeds using our Content Management System (CMS), and communication around content expiring off platform
• Work with internal stakeholders to drive product updates across platforms
• Working with internal teams across Technology, Live Operations and Customer Service to reduce broadcasting issues from impacting subscribers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Analytical and critical thinking skills, and 2 years experience with SVOD platforms
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactivity, quick thinking and the ability to work under pressure
• Hard-working team player who manages their own workload and has a desire to learn more
