This is an exciting full-time contract opportunity to be an integral part of the growth of the Stan Sport Marketing powerhouse and one of Australia’s biggest brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Head of Sport Marketing and coordinate key cross functional teams on the go-to-market strategy/roll-out for major 2024 Sport events.
• Champion the brand guidelines and Brand IP for all partner governing bodies and entities
• Attend, proactively lead and manage agenda/action items for weekly steerings, WIPS and other key major sport event meetings
• Establish a working relationship with key external stakeholders and partners
• Encourage and build working relationships with peers and senior management across Marketing, Sport, Tech, Product, Marketing, Finance, Insights and key other business units to leverage cross-functional initiatives / manage brand expectations
• Work with the sport marketing team and broader marketing team on the creative production, approvals and implementation of major sport event marketing campaigns, ensuring achievement of marketing objectives and go-to market continuity
• Coordinate major sport event asset roll-out to ensure broader teams’ alignment on timelines, messaging and brand representation to both increase TTL impact and maximize ROI
• Lead daily campaign optimisation and ing with internal teams and take responsibility for effective team performance by utilising strong relationship, collaboration and influencing skills
• Coordinate the post campaign process for major 2024 sport events, ensuring broader marketing teams results are captured, and key insights/learnings are formulated/shared

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• 10+ years’ experience as an experienced marketer or project manager, with media or broadcast experience a bonus
• Self-driven, fast learner able to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Proven experience with running functional, engaging, high quality meetings and projects in online, in person, and hybrid formats
• Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with success in content/event marketing and development
• Develop and run a regular operating rhythm and communication plan in support of cross-functional GTM decision-making, collaboration and review
• Demonstrated leadership in project management and campaign management
• Hands on approach to planning, problem solving, and execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, teamwork and project management skills a must
• Passion for and detailed knowledge of relevant sports
